Update of licence details

You must inform us within 3 days if there are changes to the following details on your licence:

• Contact details.
• Residential address.
• Company address (excludes relocation of physical premise).
• Company name.
• Retail outlet name.
• Type of tobacco product sold.

You must cancel your current licence and apply for a new one instead in the following situations:

• Outlet has been taken over by another company or individual.
• Relocation of the retail outlet.
• Change of company UEN, such as a change from sole proprietorship to private limited.

Documents required

You will need to provide the following documents in your application:

• NRIC of applicant.

Change of licensee

Change of licensee

You can apply to change the licence applicant in the licence records to that of another applicant who is either listed as a company director (not listed in the company business profile), or an authorised employee of the company if:

• The applicant is from the same company.
• The previous licensee has resigned from the company or has passed away.

You will need to provide the following documents in your application:

• NRIC of applicant.
